Description

In this episode of Cappuccino Catch-ups and Meaningful Mochas, Teresa interviews two lovely young ladies, Ruvimbo and Aaliyah who are both in their final year of high school and discuss the effects and pressures of the current Covid19 pandemic. The girls are smart, strong and have a positive message for the listeners.

The message is that this pandemic should not be about 'social distancing' but rather about 'physical distancing' and that we should still remain social with our peers and remain present and supportive to one another. They also have a message to the teens out there listening that, you are not alone, that you are strong and that you will get through this. Use this time to rest, reclaim and refocus your energies on things that lift your spirit and makes you happy.
